In the rare event that you receive a damaged light, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY via phone or email so that we can file an insurance claim. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Please keep in mind that LED lighting products can be fragile. Accordingly, if you receive a broken item we will send you a new one right away.
