E12 LED and E14 LED Lightbulbs

E12 LED and E14 LED light bulb base types are typical of LED chandelier and LED night lights. EagleLight offers several types of LED candelabra LED bulbs including clear lens, frosted lens and LED torpedo lamps and LED flame light. Available in wattages that replace from 15W to 40W.
E12 LED bulb base is slight smaller screw-in base than then E14 screw-in base. Often used in LED chandeliers retro fits and as energy efficient alternatives to night lights. The E12 LED and E14 LED lamps are also known as LED flame bulbs and LED torpedo bulbs.

SMD LED Structures in LED Candelabra Bulbs

The LED E12 bulb also has several formats of LED structure within the bulb. First is the SMD LED placed flat on the top of the socket. These E12 LED light bulbs are great for directed light where the beam angle is required to be much more narrow and directed. The second type of LED structure is called the corn cob, this E12 format has the SMD LED placed like kernels of corn. This format offers a much wider beam and allows for similarities between traditional chandelier light bulbs or candelabra lights as the light is farther into the enclosure than when the SMD LEDs are placed flat on the top of the socket. A third SMD LED structure is the use of flexible printed circuit boards to create a ribbon of SMD LED inside the bulb like a filament. This LED structure has the appearance of a flame inside a bulb, closer to a traditional incandescent chandelier or candelabra bulb.
